At AutoBro, our mission is to eliminate the friction in modern work by giving professionals a thinking assistant that handles the busywork and we need a top-tier engineer to help us achieve our vision. We're hiring a full-stack engineer who's built and shipped real products, end to end. You're not just plugging into features—you've owned projects and know what it means to build something from zero to one.

Core Requirements

• Next.js & TypeScript: Proven ability to create fast, clean, and well-architected user interfaces.
• Python & FastAPI: Confidence in developing and scaling backend services.
• End-to-End Product Delivery: A track record of shipping complete products, from front to back.
• Product-Oriented Mindset: A strong sense of what makes a product coherent and valuable to users.
• Principled Engineering: A dedication to finding simple, elegant, and scalable solutions.
• System-Level Thinking: You design reusable SDKs, internal tools, and modular APIs.
• Infrastructure Proficiency: Experience with Docker, Redis, and cloud environments.
• Developer-First Approach: An instinct for creating tools that are a joy to use and extend.
• AI & LLM Integration: Experience or a strong desire to work with AI agents and LLM-based systems.
• True Modularity: A deep understanding of creating systems designed for change and composition.

Bonus Points

• Active follower of the latest trends in AI, infrastructure, and open-source.
• Contributions to open-source projects or have built tools used by other developers.
• Familiarity with modern AI agent frameworks and toolchains.
